Summer tip: Linnaeushof, Europe’s biggest playground

Linnaeushof, Europe's biggest playground, is open

Speelparadijs Linnaeushof: the biggest playground of Europe! So close! Linnaeushof is located in Bennebroek, a 15 minute drive from Haarlem, 20 from Leiden, just some more from Amsterdam and The Hague.

During the whole season (April till October, daily from 10h-18h) kids can enjoy the 350 play structures and recreational attractions of Linnaeushof. Children could spend days there!

Park attractions include a bouncy center, trampoline, go-karts, paddle boats, mini golf, a super slide and rocking biking. The Piratennest and Pioneer Village stands at 11 meters high and is truly a sight in and of itself. During warm summer days the Oasis water playground is extra cool fun for visitors of all ages. Playgrounds are divided into areas for adults and for children. And into safe playgrounds specially designed for pre-school children and always safe, but more exciting, attractions like climbing walls or funny wheels for older children. There is also an indoor playground so that kids can still enjoy their stay at the park on wet, rainy days. Which are no so uncommon in the Netherlands!

The park receives around 300,000 visitors each year.

expatsHaarlem mums and dads: I have never been there. An idea to go there with the expatsHaarlem kids?
