Birgitte van Don is a nutritionist and sportbiomechanist. After studying human movement sciences, Birgitte went to the U.S. to get her Ph.D. and worked there for a few years. With her children growing up she became more interested in food and became a nutritionist. Now she loves to help, coach and motivate people to lose weight, get more energy and a healthier lifestyle and to enjoy good and healthy food. Birgitte doesn't believe in dieting, but in lifestyle adjustments. She lives in Overveen.
