Nico is Dutch but has been an expat: working for more than 5 years in Canada in the marketing sector and in the project development of housing (complexes) and other real estate projects. Back in the Netherlands he continued his real estate experience. Sworn by the court as real estate appraiser, RTM/RT (Register Makelaar Taxateur/Real Estate Agent) certified for both private and business properties and bank appraiser for house boats you will find him often hard working in his agency in the centre of Haarlem. His passion? Houses in France. In addition to the Dutch ones, he sells and rents them too. International stuff still enthusiasts him, it seems. His other passion? His 4 children and 9! grandchildren. Having been an expat too, he knows the importance and likes to share information and experiences. And if necessary he likes and thinks (with his Dutch and expat background and maaany years of experience as real estate agent and in Haarlem) to be the good person to help expats and internationals to look for a nice place to live in Haarlem.
