Healthier, feeling better and slimmer without dieting but by eating healthy food.

Would you like to become healthier, slimmer and more energetic ? In this course you learn how to change your current lifestyle into a healthier lifestyle in 8 simple steps. The course is based on the “ Puur Gezond “ method. No shakes or dieting products are used but real healthy and tasteful food. The strength of this course is that by each step you make some incremental changes to your lifestyle. Therefore it is easier to persevere and it provides you with a permanent effect . After you finish the course the your new lifestyle has become a habit!

The course consists of 5 session of 1 hour given by Birgitte van Don (nutritionist and human movement science background). The course will be in English.

What can you expect from this course?

  • At the start , you will receive a course folder with the explanation of the eight steps, and information about nutrition and exercise.
  • During the course you will be taught, advised and coached in the group session on how to adjust your current lifestyle into a healthier lifestyle.
  • Information regarding the role of the various nutrients in your body and more about the processes in the body.
  • How to read labels on food products.
  • You will learn how to make healthy choices and to enjoy pure healthy food
  • During the group meetings , it is possible to measure your weight , BMI and waist circumference .

Maximum number of participants per group session is 5 persons, full = full .
The course starts:

Group A;  Monday 2 February 10:00-11:00
Group B: Thursday 5 February 20:00-21:00

Costs: €79 per person.
