Haarlem goes back in time outside the Jopen Kerk! The Haarlem Historical Festival is a relaxed atmosphere, with upbeat sounds, various artisans demonstrating their craft and the restaurant ‘t Good Time serves delicious dishes. In the fourteenth century Haarlem grew into a major brewer city in the Netherlands, this is a celebration of that.
Come and be surprised on Sunday 11th September 2016.
Join us for a photo walk through Haarlem Culture festival and Jopen Festival.

Historic festival Haarlem / Jopenfestival, celebrating Jopen beer with music, fun and food
A planned route will be published prior to the event taking us through interesting spots in the popular quarter De Vijfhoek in Haarlem, finishing at the Historic festival Haarlem /Jopen Festival: Medieval setting and costumes, music, theatre and ancient craftsmanships performances! i.e. tons of occasion to take interesting shots!
Between two snaps, we will have the occasion to taste the Haarlem’s Jopen Beer, brewed firstly in the Middle Ages and in the last years winner of many European Beer Awards. Hungry? Plenty of food tastings, always after the ancient Medieval recipes and tradition.
