Every first Thursday of the month, we host a special evening with performances from local and international established comedians and new talents . This will be our season opener and it’s going to be an amazing one! Come to our New Season Kick-Off, join us from the start on the Roof!

On stage : Nadine Frough (Half Iranian, half American, raised in the UK), Diego Loiacono (Italian), Alexander Nasse (Dutch), Ram Aditha Arangi (Indian), Dru Cripps (United Kingdom – England), Sarath Gopinath (Indian).

Comedians
Ram Adithya Arangi
Fresh off a successful run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival, Ram Adithya Arangi is a rising international talent in the European comedy circuit. His independently produced 1-hour comedy show, “The Local Tourist” has sold out across Amsterdam, London, Paris, and Berlin. Ram’s comedy covers tales of growing up as a young immigrant across 5 countries and his observations about life as a “neighbourhood tourist” in 3 continents. Racism, religion, politics, cricket – his sharp wit and humour derives inspiration from a broad range of topics.

Dru Cripss
Dru is a London based award-winning clown/comedian. He’s currently developing exciting improvised musical comedy which gained him attention from the BBC, during his quickly sold out run of the Edinburgh Fringe Festival “Sensational” TimeOut (four stars) “Hilarious” Broadwayworld (four stars)
Nadine Frough
Half Iranian, half American, raised in the UK but now mostly Dutch, her comedy takes serious/sexy topics and makes them silly. Nadine is based in Amsterdam and aside from telling jokes, makes a really good shallot pasta and can deadlift over 100kg on a good day.
Sarath Gopinath
Sarath is the best Indian comedian from Rotterdam. He’s also the only Indian come-dian from Rotterdam. He has small hands but God compensated for it with a 7-inch nose. So he’s the complete package, if you’re into weird packages.
He suffers from an incurable malady called making things more awkward than they should be and is trying to brew some jokes out of his everyday awkward encounters”.
Alexander Nasse
36-year-old Alexander is an Amsterdam based comedian trying very hard not to make sense of the world.
Diego Loiacono
A newcomer from de “Bella Italia”, here to wish you the best Bella serata. Buon divertimento!
