Comedians

Ken Parsons

Time Out dubbed him the Maestro of the Underground as he has been performing at and setting up events for comedy, music, spoken word and poetry for decades.

Top gigs include Glastonbury Festival, Cologne Comedy Festival, special guest headliner at Musical Comedy Awards in London and a comedy sketch on the mainstage to a packed Paradiso and recently as ‘newsreader’ in a stellar line up at the Roast of Britain, also at the Paradiso

Niels Andriessen

What if ‘out of touch’ and ‘out of luck’ had a baby? You’d probably end up with someone like Niels. Roger Alan Wade once sang “If You’re Gonna Be Dumb, You Gotta Be Tough”
And that sums up Niels pretty good. (Except the tough bit though.)

Alexander Nasse

Alexander Nasse is just living life as an ordinary Dutch guy, worrying about uncontrollable world events while living off cereal and video games.

Is a 53 year old door to door trampoline salesman turned comedian who – despite great sales figures and a high customer satisfaction – secretly loathes his job. He calls in sick on regular basis in an attempt of getting fired so that one day he may follow his dreams.
Dreams like travelling barefoot through Nicaragua. Or meeting his idol, Armin van Buuren. Or opening up a private gym for psoriasis patients. If only somebody could hear this muted and therefor flawed cry for help. Sadly, we haven’t been able to book this man. But a 36 year old Alexander wants to come and do 10 minutes, so let’s give that guy a shot.

Sharon Em

Sharon Em fluctuates between trying hard and hardly trying. Mostly found on her couch plotting how to realise her life goal of having pints with Tommy Tiernan (main life inspiration). Or pondering if straight bananas will ever be a thing! Her best friends describe her as ‘who?’

Zoe Brownstone

Zoe Brownstone is a Toronto based comedian and writer performing regularly in her hometown as well as touring in Vancouver, Boston and Montreal. Zoe has produced her own show in Toronto for over 2 years, a quarterly spectacle called Laugh Your Butt Off (IG @yourbuttoff)).
